I founded X-Roads Technology Partners in 1998 to bring senior operating experience to growing technology businesses. Over a 40-year C-suite career I have held CFO, CIO, COO, and CEO roles across multiple industries, both nationally and internationally.
I have taken two companies public, one on NASDAQ and one on the Canadian Venture Exchange. I am a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA), a graduate of the University of Ottawa, and was nominated for EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 in the Eastern Ontario region.
Today I work with technology business owners as a fractional CFO, executive mentor, and Growth-Driven Exit Planning™ advisor through the firm's collaboration with the Growth-Drive platform. I am based in the Greater Victoria Metropolitan Area on Vancouver Island.
